[摘 要] 根据中风的病因病机，作者将在临床中统计的86例中风病例，辨证分4型。在中医辨证论治原则指导下，针对不同病机，采用中西医结合的方法辨证施治，结果临床治愈52例，占60.5%，显效26例，占30.2%，有效6例，占7%，无效2例，占2.3%，总有效率达97.7%，有一定的推广价值。

    [Abstract] According to the apoplexy’s pathogeny and pathogenesis, The 86 cases of stroke were divided into four categories. Under the guide of TCM syndrome-differentiating treatment Principle these four syndromes were treated with TCM and WM combined. The results show that the eases of clinical cure are 52 and its rate is 60.5%, the cases of apparent effect are 26 cases and its rate is 30.2%, the cases of Invalid are 6 and its rate is 7%, the cases of Invalid are 2 cases and its rate is 2.3%.The all-effective rate is 97.7%. So the therapy is worthy applying in clinic.
