[摘 要] 目的：探讨CT和X线诊断活动性肺结核的临床价值。方法：回顾性分析我院收治的70例活动性肺结核患者的临床资料，分析患者CT及X线诊断结果，对两种诊断方法的临床价值进行评价。结果：在本组患者中，X线诊断正确50例，正确率为71.4%，CT诊断正确60例，正确率为85.7%，CT诊断正确率高于对照组，两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：X线诊断活动性肺结核有一定的临床价值，CT的诊断正确率更高，在临床工作中，可应用X线与CT相结合的方法，提高结核病的诊断正确率。

    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the CT and X-ray diagnosis of active tuberculosis clinical value. Methods： A retrospective analysis of our hospital, 70 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with clinical data, analysis of patients with CT and X-ray diagnosis, the two diagnostic methods to evaluate the clinical value. Results In this group of patients, X-ray diagnostic accuracy of 50 cases, the correct rate of 71.4%, CT correctly diagnosed 60 cases, the correct rate of 85.7%, CT diagnostic accuracy rate was higher, differences between the two groups were statistically significance (p <0.05). Conclusion X-ray diagnosis of active tuberculosis have some clinical value, CT diagnostic accuracy rate is higher, in clinical work, X-ray and CT can be applied to a combination of methods to improve diagnostic accuracy rate of TB. ......
