摘 要：阐述了各种炎症动物模型的制作方法及机理，根据发病原因主要分为非特异性炎症反应模型、感染性炎症模型和变态反应性炎症模型。非特异性炎症反应模型模拟炎症不同病理时期造成毛细血管通透性模型、耳肿胀或足肿胀模型以及肉芽肿模型；变态反应性模型主要包括大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型、接触性皮炎模型及气囊滑膜炎模型。总结认为对于不同的药理实验选择更适合的炎症模型是实验成功的前提和保障。
