摘 要：胸痹相当于现代医学的冠心病、心绞痛。其病位在心，但心与脾胃有着密切的关系，其发病多由脾胃亏虚而来。辨证论治亦当注重调补脾胃。从脾胃与心的关系、脾胃与致胸痹之实邪的关系两方面论述了脾胃乃胸痹病因病机的关键，从先哲们注重脾胃治疗胸痹的经验，结合现代临床研究及运用论述了调补脾胃亦为胸痹治疗的关键。

    My Opinion to the Therapeutic Method of Chest Pain Syndrome by Regulation the Spleen and Stomach

    Abstract：Chest pain syndrome is the same as the coronary heart disease and angina.The disease being located in heart.But there are close relation between heart and spleen and stomach.The main cause of the disease is the deficiency of the spleen and stomach.Treatment based on differentiation of disease should strengthen the spleen and stomach.The author expatiated that the key of the chest pain syndrome's etiological factors and pathogenesis are spleen and stomach through expatiating two relationships.The first one is the relationship of the spleen and stomach and the heart.The second one is the relationship of the spleen and stomach and the excess pathogens which can cause chest pain syndrome.Strengthen the spleen and stomach are the key of chest pain syndrome's therapy is clarified by the sages' experience that cure chest pain syndrome by strengthen spleen and stomach and by the modern clinical science research and exertion. ......
