补阳还五汤抗脑缺血作用的研究进展(1)
摘 要:近年来脑血管疾病的发病率居各种老年疾病的前3位,其中以缺血性脑血管病居多,并有逐渐上升和年轻化的趋势,严重危害人类健康。脑缺血性疾病的治疗成为人们关注的领域,而补阳还五汤抗脑缺血效应的研究则成为热点。补阳还五汤是王清任用来治疗半身不遂、瘫痿不用诸症的首选方。功效:补气,活血,通络。随着现代化技术的发展及医学与分子生物学、遗传学的相互渗透,补阳还五汤的抗脑缺血作用机制得到了更全面及深入的诠释。从临床和实验研究两方面对补阳还五汤的抗脑缺血作用进行总结概括。关键词:脑缺血;补阳还五汤;研究进展

Research Advance of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Treat Cerebral Ischemia Diseases

Abstract:Cerebrovascular disorders have been the first three diseases of old age recent years.In which cerebral ischemia diseases account for most part.More and more people are suffering from this kind of diseases,and these patients tend to younger and younger,which leads a huge damage to our healthy.People have paid moreattention to the treatment to cerebral ischemia,the effection of Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction has become a hot spot in this research area.Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction is the preferred formula for hemiplagia differentiated as qi deficiency and blood stasis created by WANG Qingren.Function:tonify qi,activate blood and dredge col laterals.According to the development of science and technology and the interaction of medicine,molecular biology and genetics,we have learned more about Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction and its effective function of treating cerebralischemia.The article is a summary of the treatment to cerebrial ischemia by Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction in clinical and experimental aspects. ......
