中医证本质研究中的血清蛋白质组学应用探讨(1)
摘 要:中医的证候间存在不同证候标志物,表现为差异蛋白质的表达。血清蛋白质组学是系统生物学的重要组成部分。通过对以往运用血清蛋白质组学技术研究中医证候的本质的探讨,提出了自己的看法,认为在中医证候动物模型、中医临床证候、方证结合的应用方面进行血清蛋白质组学研究,可以找到证候标志物,探明中医的证本质。关键词:血清蛋白质组学;中医证本质;证候标志物

Discussion on the Serum Proteomics Applied to Research Essence of TCM Syndromes

Abstract:Differential markers of TCM syndromes presented as specific proteins in TCM syndromes. Serum proteomics was one important part of systems biology. In this paper,by analyzing the study of TCM syndromes with the technology of serum proteomics, we proposed our own viewpoints as follows: the markers and the essence of TCM syndromes could be found out by studying in animal model of TCM, TCM clinical syndromes, and, application of prescription-syndrome. ......
