五味子藤茎的生药学研究

     摘要:目的:对木兰科植物五味子Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill.的藤茎进行生药学鉴定,为其开发利用及鉴定提供科学依据。方法:采用性状、显微、薄层鉴定方法。结果:五味子藤茎在外观性状、显微、薄层色谱等方面具有专属性特征。结论:上述研究结果可以为进一步开发利用五味子藤茎提供科学依据。

    Abstract:Objective: To identify Caulis Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.) Baill. by identification of pharmacognosy and provide the scientific evidence of development,utilization and identification.Methods: The morphological and histological identiification,microscopic identiifcation,thin layer chromatography(TLC) were adopted.Results:There are exclusive in morphology,microscopic characteristics,thin layer chromatography(TLC). Conclusion: The results of the study can provide the scientific evidence of development,utilization of Caulis Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill. ......
