藿芪益肾颗粒剂醇提工艺的优选研究

     摘要:目的:建立藿芪益肾颗粒剂的科学、合理的醇提最佳工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以黄芪甲苷提取量和出膏量为考察指标,进行了综合评分,确定其最佳工艺。结果:采用75%乙醇为溶媒,提取3次,溶媒为 10、8、8倍量,每次2h;结论:本工艺稳定,重复性良好,适合工业化大生产。

    Study on the Optimization of Ethanol Extraction Techniques for Huoqi Yishen Granules

    Abstract:Objective: To determine the extraction technology of Huoqi Yishen Granules with ethanol.Methods: The orthogonal design was used to optimize the factors influencing the extractive technique with the content of Astragaloside IV and the yield of extracts as comprehensive evaluation index. Results: The best extraction condition was: extracted with 10, 8, 8times amount of ethanol, 2 hours for 3times with 75% ethanol. Conclusion: This extraction method is stable and feasible, and is suitable for industrialization. ......
