强肾胶囊治疗糖尿病骨质疏松症临床观察及机制研究(1)

摘 要:糖尿病骨质疏松症为糖尿病常见慢性并发症之一,对社会和个人危害极大,已成为21世纪的重大课题。观察了强肾胶囊对糖尿病骨质疏松症的防治效果,研究发现,强肾胶囊可明显地改善患者的临床症状,尤其是对倦怠乏力和腰膝酸痛,疗效明显优于对照组;在降低空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖方面,与对照组无明显差异;强肾胶囊还可改善患者的血液流变学指标,减少患者的尿钙排泄;强肾胶囊试验组骨密度值有所回升,但上升幅度不大,与治疗前比较差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为81.58%,而对照组总有效率仅为6944%。

Qiangshen Capsule in Treating Osteoporosis Diabetes Clinical Observation and Mechanism Study

Abstract:Osteoporosis diabetes common chronic complications of diabetes is one of great harm to society and individuals, has become the twenty-first century, a major issue. This observed Qiangshen capsule on osteoporosis, diabetes, preventive effect, the study found Qiangshen capsule can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms, especially fatigue weakness and waist and knee pain, efficacy is superior to the control group; in reducing the fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose in two hours, with no significant difference in the control group; Qiangshen capsule also to improve the patient's blood rheology to reduce the patient's urinary calcium excretion; Qiangshen capsule bone mineral density test group has gone up, However, not rise, with significantly different before treatment (P<0.05). Test group, the total effective rate was 81.58%, while the control group, the total effective rate was only 69.44%.

糖尿病骨质疏松症为糖尿病常见慢性并发症之一,随着检查手段的进步,其患病率和检出率逐年升高。糖尿病与骨质疏松症皆多发于中年以后,而糖尿病本身又可继发骨质疏松,二者合并存在,使骨质疏松程度加重,骨折率明显升高,对患者造成更大痛苦,给家庭、社会带来严重经济负担。因此,如何防治糖尿病骨质疏松症成为21世纪的重大课题。笔者认为,糖尿病骨质疏松症定位在骨,而与肾、脾、肝等脏密切相关,气阴双亏、阳虚血瘀为其主要病机,脾肾同调、阴阳并补为其重要治则,遂精选药物加工制成强肾胶囊,观察其对糖尿病骨质疏松症的防治作用。
