摘 要:目的:探讨难治性抑郁症的中医证候特点及辨证分型规律。方法:通过对120例难治性抑郁症患者的临床流行病学调查,采集病史、症状、舌、脉等基本信息,以频数分析、聚类分析、主成分分析的方法分析难治性抑郁症的证候分布规律及证候特点。结果:难治性抑郁症常见症状共36种,出现频率较高的有:忧愁善感、烦躁、神疲乏力、兴趣索然、食欲下降、倦卧少动等,常见辨证分型分为5类:肝郁脾虚、气郁化火、脾肾阳虚、肝郁痰阻、肝郁血瘀。结论:难治性抑郁症与普通抑郁症在证候特点有不同之处。

The Analysis of 120 Treat-resistant Depression Patients’s TCM Patterns

Abstract:Objective: To study the general law of typing and TCM Patterns for treatment-resistant depression according to syndrome differentiation. Methods:Through the epidemiological investigation, by way of epidemiological investigation, We collected the symptoms,physical signs,tongue demonstrations and pulse tracings in 120 patients with treatment-resistant depression, using Frequency and cluster analysis、also with principal component analysis as research discriminant for TCM Patterns. Results:There are 36 species symptoms usually seen in treatment-resistant depression. The most common of them are: incessant worries and miseries , restlessness, fatigue, lose of interest, hebetude, dysorexia, drowsiness and hypokinesia and so on.According to syndrome types, TCM Patterns devided into five category as: stagnation of liver-QI with deficiency of the spleen , stagnatedQItransforming into fire,asdthenic splenonephro-yang , hepatic stagnation and retention of phlegm,hepatic stagnation and blood stasis. Conclusion:Treatment-resistant depression is different in features of TCM Patterns to common depression.
