生血增白汤对骨髓移植小鼠造血微环境的影响(1)

    摘 要:目的:探讨生血增白汤对骨髓移植小鼠造血微环境的影响。方法:将实验动物随机分为5组:正常组,未做任何处理;对照组、G-CSF组、生血组、生血+G-CSF组,建立小鼠骨髓移植模型,生血组及生血+G-CSF组胃饲生血增白汤浓缩煎剂。骨髓移植后的第9、14、24天进行外周血细胞和骨髓单核细胞计数,并做骨髓组织学观察。结果:骨髓移植后第9、14、24天生血组外周血细胞、血红蛋白、骨髓有核细胞计数及骨髓细胞增生程度均高于其他各对照组(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01)。结论:生血增白汤具有一定的升高外周血白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白的作用,并且能够促进骨髓移植小鼠骨髓组织增殖分化,骨髓细胞造血组织容量和成熟红细胞容量增加,脂肪组织容量减少,骨髓造血微环境得到有效改善。

    The Influence on Making-Blood Microenvironment about

    Marrows Transplanting Mice by Shengxuezengbai Decoction

    Abstract:Objective: To explore the Influence on Making-Blood Microenvironment about Marrows Transplanting Mice by Shengxuezengbai Decoction. Methods: The experimental animals were randomly divided into 5 groups: The normal group received no treat. BMT control group, G-CSF group, Shengxue group, Shengxue+ G-CSF group. BMT mouse models were established. Shengxue group, Shengxue+ G-CSF group were given Shengxuezengbai Decoction. On days 9,14, 24 after BMT, mice were killed and peripheral blood cells, bone marrow nucleated cells were detected. Histological observation of bone was made. Results: In Shengxuezengbai Decoction group, the peripheral blood cell, bone marrow nucleated cell on the days 9,14,24 after BMT were higher than the other control groups(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01).Conclusion: Shengxuezengbai Decoction can increase the number of WBC、RBC、HGB of outer blood cycle, and can promote the marrow tissue's multiplication and differentiation of BMT mice, the capacity increase of the marrow cell making-blood tissues and the mature red blood cells, the capacity decrease of the adipose tissues, so that the marrow making-blood microenvironment develops effectively. ......
