    摘 要：肝癌的发病率逐年上升,严重威胁人类健康。肝癌的预后关键取决于能否早发现与积极治疗。肝癌前病变是指病理上易发生癌变的肝组织异常，肝癌前病变阶段在肝癌发生演变过程中具有特殊意义，而且是近年来肝癌研究的热点话题。从中医药角度探讨肝癌前病变的病因病机及干预机理。
