摘 要：目的：研究化痰五味散祛痰和镇痛作用。方法：应用大鼠毛细玻管排痰法和小鼠热板法观察化痰五味散祛痰和镇痛作用。结果：化痰五位散对大鼠毛细玻管的排痰具有促进作用，并且也使各组小鼠的痛阈值均有所提高。结论：化痰五味散具有明显的祛痰和镇痛作用。

Abstract:Objective：Study the function of reducing sputum by taking resolving phlegm and analgesia action Powder of Five Kinds of Flavor.Method: The function of resolving phlegm and analgesia of Resolving Phlegm Powder of Five Kinds of Flavor is observed by using the phlegm displacement of rats were used to investigate the espectorant effects and the pain caused by hot plate in mice.Result:Resolving Phlegm Powder of Five Kinds of Flavor had a promotion to phlegm displacement of rats,and also increase pain threshold of mice in each group. Conclusion:Resolving Phlegm Powder of Five Kinds of Flavor has significant effects of eliminating phlegm and analgesia action.

化痰五位散为蒙医临床常用药，由沙棘膏、栀子、木香甘草、白葡萄干五位蒙药制成，具有清热祛痰、止咳定喘功效。临床主要用于肺热久咳，喘促痰多，胸中满闷，胸胁作痛;急、慢性支气管炎见上述证侯者[1] 。为了阐明其疗效的理论基础，笔者进行了镇痛、祛痰、抗炎作用的研究。
1 实验材料
1.1 实验动物 健康昆明种小鼠，体重(20±2)g；普通级Wistar大鼠，体重(200±20)g；均由内蒙古民族大学动物室提供。
1.2 实验药物 化痰五位散，内蒙古民族大学附属医院提供，批号071213；去痛片，内蒙古通辽制药股份有限公司提供，批号090403；氯化铵，天津市标准科技有限公司,批号:20070615,分析纯(AR)。
