    摘 要：目的：研究活血行气方健脾理气方对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞株p53 和Bcl-2 基因表达的影响。方法：利用血清药理学方法制备药物血清,应用Western-blot分析方法观察活血行气方对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞株p53 、Bcl-2基因表达的影响。结果：药物血清作用后,p53 表达明显增强; Bcl-2表达明显降低。结论：活血行气方药物血清上调p53 、下调Bcl-2,达到抑制人胃癌SGC-7901细胞株的作用。

    Effect of Huoxuexingqi Formula on expression of p53 and

    Bcl-2 in the Human Stomach Cell Line SGC-7901

    Abstract:Objective：To research the expression of p53, Bcl-2 gene by Huoxuexingqi formula on Human Stomach Cell Line SGC-7901.Method：To prepare serum by serum pharmacological methods. The protein expression of p53, Bcl-2 were detected by Western blot analysis.Result：After the effect of drug serum,p53 expression increased obviously and Bcl-2 expression was significantly lower .Conclusion：Drug serum of Huoxuexingqi formula can up-regulate p53 ,down-regulate Bcl-2 and achieve the suppression of Human Stomach Cell Line SGC-7901. ......
