大孔树脂吸附乌蕨总黄酮的热力学研究(1)

    摘 要:目的:研究乌蕨总黄酮在大孔树脂上的吸附特性及热力学性质。方法:采用静态法,考察HPD系列和XAD系列共12种大孔吸附树脂对乌蕨总黄酮的吸附及解析特性,确定最佳吸附树脂。根据不同等温吸附模型Langmuir及Freundlich方程分别对实验数据进行线性回归,通过相关系数的分析评价模型的适用性,并计算吸附过程热力学参数。结果:HPD300的吸附效果最好。其吸附焓变ΔH>0,吸附熵变ΔS和吸附自由能ΔG均小于零。结论:HPD300吸附乌蕨总黄酮的过程为放热过程,低温有利于吸附;同时,吸附过程为非自发过程,范德华力克服放热过程吸附主动进行。

    Adsorption Thermodynamics of Flavonoids from Stenoloma Chusanum with Macroporous Resin

    Abstract:Objective:To investigate the absorption property and thermodynamics of the total flavonoids extracted from Stenoloma chusanum (L.) Ching by macroporous resins.Methods:The static adsorption were used in investigation of twelve resins as HPD and XAD types. The absorption characteristics of twelve types macroporous resins were evaluated. The absorption data were regressed with Langmiur and Freundlich isotherm models respectively, using the toolbox of Matlab. Thermodynamic parameters were calculated by the Van’t Hoff equation.Results:The result indicated that the best property for the adsorption of total flavonoids was HPD300.The thermodynamic parameters were found to be ΔH>0,ΔS<0,ΔG<0 respectively.Conclusion:The result indicated that the adsorbing process was a exothermicing process and it was benefit for adsorption by lowering temperature.The HPD300 showed good property for the adsorption of total flavonoids.
