黄芩提取物体外透皮介质的筛选研究

     摘 要:目的:筛选黄芩提取物透皮的最佳介质。方法:以黄芩苷为指标,从溶解性、稳定性、透皮速率3个方面进行综合考察。结果:黄芩提取物在pH6.8磷酸盐缓冲液中溶解度最好,在生理盐水中最差;低浓度时以pH68磷酸盐缓冲液和含40% PEG400的生理盐水溶液最稳定;pH6.8磷酸盐缓冲液作为透皮介质,黄芩苷透皮速率最大,PEG400加入则使黄芩苷的透皮速率降低。结论:黄芩提取物透皮介质以pH6.8磷酸盐缓冲液为佳。

    Study of the Trasdermal Medium in Vitro of Extraeted Scutellaria

    Abstract:Objective:To optimize the best penetrating medium of extraeted scutellaria. Methods:To general investigate the solubility, the stability and the penetrating rate with the criteria of Baicalin. Results:Extraeted scutellaria expressed the maximal solubility in phosphate buffer at pH6.8, with the minimal solubility in saline.At the minimal concentration of Extraeted scutellaria, it was stable in phosphate buffer at pH6.8 and saline with 40 percent of PEG400. Baicalin observed the biggest penetrating rate in phosphate buffer at pH6.8. PEG400 decreased the penetrating rate. Conclusion: The best penetrating medium was phosphate buffer at pH6.8. ......
