栀子显微特征常数与化学成分相关性研究(1)
摘 要：目的：探讨栀子的显微特征常数与其化学成分的相关性。方法：采用容量分析方法测定栀子粉末中的种皮石细胞的显微特征常数值，采用高效液相法对栀子中指标性成分栀子苷进行含量测定，用统计方法对得到的两组数据进行相关性分析。结果：栀子中种皮石细胞的显微特征常数与栀子苷含量有显著的相关性。结论：测定栀子的显微特征常数值，可作为其药材质量控制的手段之一。关键词：栀子；显微特征常数；种皮石细胞；栀子苷；相关分析

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the microscopic features of Gardenia constant related to its chemical composition. Methods:Gardenia powder capacity analysis determined the seed coat of stone cells in the microstructure characteristics of constant value, using high performance liquid chromatography in the index component of gardenia geniposide to determine the content, obtained eata were analyzed by two statistical methods. Results:Gardenia seed coat of stone cells in the microstructure characteristics of constant geniposide content have a significant correlation. Conclusion:The determination of the microscopic characteristics of Gardenia constant value can be used as a means of quality control of the medicinal one. ......
