     摘要：目的：观察补肾填精方对Aβ1-40所致老年性痴呆模型大鼠行为学及病理学影响。方法：84只SD大鼠随机分为空白组，模型组，补肾填精方小剂量组、中剂量组、大剂量组，双益平组。采用大鼠双侧海马CA1区注射Aβ1-40复制老年性痴呆模型。造模24h后开始连续给药3周。Morris水迷宫法测试大鼠学习记忆能力，透射射电镜观察大鼠海马CA1区神经元、突触的变化。结果：补肾填精方可改善大鼠的学习记忆能力、改善海马CA1区神经元结构、减少突触的丧失。结论：补肾填精方能改善Aβ1-40所致老年性痴呆模型大鼠行为学及脑组织的病理损害。

    Effects of Nourishing Kidney-essence Formula on Behavior And Pathological Changes in Aβ1-40 Induced Senile Dementia Rats

    Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of nourishing kidney-essence formula on the behavior and pathological changes in senile dementia rats induced by Aβ1-40. Methods:84 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, low-dose, middle dose and high-dose of nourishing kidney-essence formula group, and Huperzine A group. Senile dementia was induced by Aβ1-40 injection in bilateral hippocampal CA1 area of these rats. After 24h of Aβ1-40 injection, drugs were continuously given for 3 weeks. Learning and remembering abilities were observed by water maze test, neurons and synaptic changes in hippocampal CA1 were observed by transmission electronic microscopy. Results: Learning and remembering abilities of senile dementia rats were significantly improved by nourishing kidney-essence formula treatment, especially in middle dose of nourishing kidney-essence formula. Nourishing kidney-essence formula also showed the effects of improving structure of hippocampal CA1 neurons, and reducing synapse loss. Conclusion: Nourishing kidney-essence formula could improve the behavior and pathological damage in hippocampal CA1 in Aβ1-40 induced senile dementia Rats.
