化瘀温胆汤治疗代谢综合征48例疗效观察(1)

摘 要：目的：观察化瘀温胆汤对代谢综合征(MS)患者代谢综合征各主要组分的影响。方法：48例符合纳入标准的患者予以化瘀温胆汤汤剂治疗1个疗程(14天)，观察治疗前后各代谢指标变化情况。结果：经1个疗程治疗后，患者餐前血糖明显降低，与治疗前比较P<0.01；餐前胰岛素水平有所升高，但与治疗前比较无统计学意义；胰岛素抵抗指数降低，与治疗前比较P<0.01；血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白明显降低，高密度脂蛋白明显升高，与治疗前比较差异显著，P<0.05；舒张压升高，脉压缩小，与治疗前比较均有差异显著，P<0.01；腰围明显减小，与治疗前比较差异显著，P<0.05。结论：化瘀温胆汤能有效改善代谢综合征的超重、糖代谢紊乱、血脂紊乱、血压异常。

Clinical Observation of Huayu Wendan Decoction
Tang Treatment of 48 Cases of Metabolic Syndrome

Abstract:Objective: To observe the influence of Huayu Wendan Decoction on metabolism syndrome(MS).Method:A total of 48 MS patients who were in accordance with the inclusion criteria, were selected from 52 MS patients from the Second Affiliated Clinic of HLJ University of TCM. They were treated by Huayu Wendan Decoction for a course(14 days). Then waist circumferences, fasting blood glucose(FBG), fasting Insulin(FINS) and blood pressure(DBP, SBP, PP), serum triglyceride (TC), total cholesterol (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) were assessed before and after treatment.Result:There were significant differenecs in FBG (P<0.01) and insulin resistance index (P<0.01) between before treatment and after treatment, however there was no significant difference in FINS. After one course of treatment, TC、TG、LDL-C were significantly lower and HDL-C was significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.05); DBP was significantly higher and PP was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion:Huayu Wendan Decoction could decrease the levels of FPG and enhance the sensitivity of insulin,improve the insulin resistance, reduce waist circumference, and lower the systolic and diastolic blood pressures and pulse pressure, and improve the abnormal metabolism of lipid at the same time.
