代谢组学应用于中医外科托法实验研究设想(1)
摘 要：托法是中医外科的特色治疗方法，临床应用广泛，是异病同治的良好方法。其作用的物质基础与机制不明限制了其作为特色疗法而被国际同行认同。代谢组学技术是目前对中医证候、治法、方剂研究的良好技术方法，可以结合诸多现代实验手段应用代谢组学方法对中医外科托法补益与透毒相结合的治疗模式及代表方剂进行实验研究。对促进中医学特色治疗方法的推广应用和得到国际同行承认等具有重要意义。关键词：中医外科；托法；代谢组学

Metabolism Group Applying in TCM External Disease

Abstract:Expelling pus is a characteristic therapy of TCM external disease and widely used in clinic, which is a good treatment for different diseases. The unclear materials and mechanisms have restrained its international application. Metabolism group is a better technology for TCM syndrome, treatment and prescriptions in current. Experimental researches on expelling pus therapy and typical prescription can be carried on based on combination of modern applying of mechanism group. It is important for TCM characteristic therapy popularization and admission by international medical field. ......
