论越婢汤属太阳温病代表方(下)
摘 要：确定了越婢汤为太阳温病代表后，再对越婢汤方名进行探讨，“越”即是超越之意，“婢”即指脾，“越婢”之意即脾气散精、发越水气之意，因此越婢汤所治的风水，其病本在脾。可是越婢汤用在太阳温病时，则不取此意，而在辛凉解表，属异病同治。太阳温病与后世温病学中的太阴温病，在病性与治法上基本一致，只是在具体选方用药上存在差异。明确太阳温病属越婢汤主之，对于打破寒温之争有重要意义。关键词：太阳病；温病；伤寒论；越婢汤；辛凉解表；银翘散；大青龙汤

Discussion of Yubi Decoction Being the Topical Prescription of Taiyang Warm Disease (Two)

Abstract:Yuebi Decoction is the typical decoction treating Taiyang Warm disease, the character Yue means to surpass and Bi refers to spleen. The term Yuebi means spleen Qi disperses essence and water, thus Yuebi Decoction can treat Wind edema. However, when treating Taiyang Warm disease, it is to relieve exterior by pungent-cold drugs which belong to treating different diseases with same therapy. Taiyang Warm disease and Taiyin Warm disease aftertime are basically same at disease nature as well as treatment; there is only difference on drug and prescription selecting. It is significantly meaningful to determine Yuebi Decoction is the major therapy for Taiyang Warm disease in order to solve the argument about cold and heat. ......
