     摘要：论述伏邪理论的源流，已经从外感温热病扩展到内伤杂病领域；外感伏邪的治疗要注重扶正开表透邪的原则；肾病患者的发病具有伏邪致病的特点，可从伏邪理论论治，为肾病的治疗开启了新的思路。
