摘要：目的：探究血瘦素、IL-10、TNF-α与女性系统性红斑狼疮的关系；观察狼疮汤对系统性红斑狼疮女性患者血瘦素、IL-10、TNF-α的影响。方法：本研究比较系统性红斑狼疮女性患者与健康女性血瘦素、IL-10、TNF-α水平。测定糖皮质激素或糖皮质激素联合狼疮汤治疗前后患者血瘦素、IL-10，TNF-α含量，并作比较。结果：系统性红斑狼疮女性患者具有高IL-10、TNF-α、瘦素水平的特征。糖皮质激素和糖皮质激素联合狼疮汤均能降低患者血IL-10，TNF-α水平，但联合用药更显著。联合用药可降低血瘦素含量，而单纯激素治疗作用不显著。结论：狼疮汤可能是通过降低血瘦素水平，从而调节细胞免疫和体液免疫对系统性红斑狼疮起到治疗作用。

Effects of Langchuang Decoction on Serum Leptin，IL-10 and TNF-α Levels in
Femal Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Patients

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relation between serum Leptin,IL-10,TNF-α levels and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in femal patients.To study the effects of Langchuang Decoction on leptin,IL-10 and TNF-α in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus femal patients.Methods:We compared the Leptin,IL-10 and TNF-α between patients and healthy ones first.We measured the conten of leptin,IL-10 and TNF-α before and behind therapy by hormone or hormone cooperated with Langchuang Decoction. The results were compared. Results:The femal Systemic Lupus Erythematosus patients had the characteristic high levels of IL-10 and TNF-α and leptin. Hormone and hormone cooperated with Langchuang Decoction both could lower the contents of IL-10 and TNF-α.But association medication group was more obvious.Hormone cooperated with Langchuang Decoction could lower the content of leptin.But hormone didn't have this effects.Conclusion: Langchuang Decoction could adjust cellular immunity and humoral immunity by lowering the levels of leptin, IL-10 and TNF-α.
