摘 要：目的：通过86例临床病例观察分析，探讨术后早期炎症性肠梗阻的诊断与治疗体会。方法：1997年6月-2011年9月共收治86例术后早期炎症性肠梗阻患者，按照随机分组原则分为治疗组与对照组两组，每组各43例。对照组采用禁食、胃肠减压、纠正水液平衡、应用抗生素等西医常规治疗，治疗组采用中西医结合疗法，即在西医常规治疗基础上应用大承气汤加减治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组采用中西医结合治疗全部治愈，治愈率100%，治愈时间为(9.23±3.12)天。对照组采用西医常规治疗，治愈35例，治愈率81.40%，治愈时间为(13.23±4.10)天。在治愈率与治疗时间方面，治疗组明显优于对照组，结论:中西医结合治疗早期炎症性肠梗阻具有一定的优势，值得在临床中推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe clinical cases by 86 cases and discusses early postoperative inflammatory bowel obstruction of the diagnosis and treatment of experience. Methods: our hospital from June 1997 to September 2011 86 cases were treated early postoperative inflammatory bowel obstruction patients, according to the principle of randomly divided into the treatment group and control group two groups, and each 43 cases.
