【摘要】目的：探讨子宫角妊娠的早期诊断及有效的治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析我院收治的13例宫角妊娠病例的临床资料。结果：结合临床症状及检查结果采用适合的治疗方法，13例患者均达到治愈。结论：宫角妊娠误诊率高，危险性大，故早孕期间应常规行B超检查，结合腹腔镜手术可以早期诊断，早治疗。

    【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the early diagnosis of cornual pregnancy and its effective method of treatment.Methods:The clinical data in 13 cases of cornual pregnanacy treated in our hospital were analysed retrospectively.Results:Combined with the clinical symptoms and examining results,the suitable method of treatment was adopted.All 13 cases were cured.Conclusion:The misdiagnosis rate of cornual pregnancy is high and its risk is also high so that the routine examination of B-mode ultrasound should be performed during the early pregnancy period.Combined with the findings of peritoneoscope surgery ......
