【摘要】目的：探讨治疗高龄患者股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折治疗新方法。方法：应用人工关节置换治疗高龄粗隆间骨折。平均年龄(80.5岁)。结果：68例经0.5~5年的随访髋关节优良率88%。1例死亡，未见假体下沉及松动等现象。结论：对于高龄股骨粗隆间粉碎性不稳定型行人工股骨头置换术近期疗效满意，但远期疗效仍需继续观察。

    Prothetic replacement for the trratment of unstabie intertrochanteric fractures in the eiderly

    【Abstract】Objective:To study a new method of treatment for unstabie intertrochanteric fractures in eider patients.Methods:To review the consecutive hip repiacement for elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fractures,The mean age of the patients was 80.5 years.Results:With 0.5~5 years follow-up,The ratio of rxcellent and good results was 88%,one patient died,without any hip prosthesis collapse and loosening were confimed.Conclusion:The method of prosthesis was found to be reliable and useful be early but thekibgetime effect would be observed and furthee studied. ......
