【摘要】目的：评价手术室的管理和手术室护士的配合质量并提供理论依据。方法：采用问卷调查方式，由临床科主任和手术医生对手术室护士的配合质量进行评价。结果：手术室护士的总满意率为85.1%，不满意率为14.9%。结论：依靠手术科室对手术室护士的配合质量进行评价，真实、客观地反应了手术室的护理质量，通过调查与分析，为手术室护士长采取积极有效的措施，提高本科室护士的服务意识和配合质量提供了帮助。

    Survey and analysis of the satisfaction of nurse coordination in operation room

    【Abstract】Objective:To provide the theoretical evidence for improving the management of operation room and the coordination quality of operation room nurses.Methods:With the survey method of questionnaire,the coordination quality of the operation room nurses was evaluated by the clinical departmental directors and operative doctors.Results:The total satisfaction rate of the operation room nurses was 85.1%,while the dissatisfaction rate was 14.9%.Conclusion:Evaluating the coordination quality of operation room nurses by the operative departments can reflect the nursing quality of operation room really and objectively.By the survey and analysis,it provides the assistance for the head nurse of operation room adopting the active and effective measures to improve the service consciousness and coordination quality of this departmental nurses. ......
