【摘要】目的：探讨股骨远端复杂骨折的手术治疗方法及疗效。方法：对42例股骨远端复杂骨折采用逆行交锁髓内钉闭合穿钉内固定法。结果：全部骨折均骨性愈合，无感染、无断钉，按Kolment 评定标准，优良率85.7%。结论：对股骨远端复杂骨折的处理中，应用逆行交锁髓内钉闭合穿钉固定是一种操作简便，损伤小，疗效好的治疗方法，符合现代微创技术要求。
