【摘要】目的：研究法洛四联征外科治疗术式及效果。方法：我院2001年1月~2006年11月收治24例法洛四联征行外科治疗，均在体外循环下行法洛四联征根治手术，右室流出道疏通均采用自体心包。结果：患者无死亡，术后出现低心排综合征2例。结论：法洛四联征外科治疗疗效确切。
