【摘要】目的：探讨音乐辅助治疗在无痛人工流产术中的作用。方法：选择640例宫内早孕初次行无痛人流孕妇，随机分为两组。音乐辅助治疗即音乐组(M组)，另一组为对照组(C组)，观察两组术前的焦虑程度，术中SBP、HR的变化，呼吸抑制的情况，术后梦幻多语，苏醒期躁动，恶心呕吐情况，以及丙泊酚用量。结果：两组术前焦虑程度差异有显著性(P0.05)，术中呼吸抑制和苏醒期躁动发生率差异有显著性(P2
