【摘要】目的：建立比浊法测定乙酰螺旋霉素片的含量。方法：取新鲜制备金黄色葡萄球菌，临用前以灭菌生理盐水稀释至在580 nm波长处透光率约为5%的溶液。培养基中加入量为5%，培养条件为温度37℃，时间3小时，培养时分别放置于水浴杯中，取出后在580 nm波长处测定。结果：乙酰螺旋霉素片浓度在1.0～2.8 μg/ml呈良好的线性关系，回收率为99.4%(n=9)，RSD=1.1%。结论：方法简单、快速，结果谁确，精密度好，可作为乙酰螺旋霉素片及其制剂含量的测定方法。

    Determination of the content of acetylspiramycin in acetylspiramycin tablets by turbidimetry

    【Abstract】Objective:To establish the turbidimetry for the determination of the content of acetylspiramycin in its tablets.Methods:Preparation of fresh staphylococcus aureus was diluted with sterilixed saline to the transmissivity for 5% solution was put in the culture medium,and then was placed in a water bath cup,the temperature of culture was 37℃ for 3 hours,with a detection wavelength at 850 nm.Results:The concentration of acetylspiramycin tablets in the range of 1.0 to 2.8 μg/ml was a goodlinear relationship.The recovery rate was 99.4% (n=9),RSD=1.1%.Conclusion:This method is simple and rapid,with accurate reult and good precision,and can be used as a detection method for the content of acetylspiramycin tablets and its preparation. ......
