【摘要】目的：探讨毒鼠强急性中毒患者的救治措施。方法：对我院1999~2006年39例毒鼠强急性中毒患者抢救资料进行回顾性分析。结果：39例均抢救成功，治愈出院。结论：毒鼠强中毒至今尚无肯定的特效解毒剂。轻症患者采用综合对症治疗，尽早清除未吸收的毒物；中、重症患者迅速控制反复发作的抽搐，保持呼吸道通畅，防止舌咬伤和吸入窒息，减轻脑水肿，保护重要脏器功能，防止并发症。
