    某院2003～2015年住院疟疾患者特点分析*

    目的分析泸州医学院附属医院2003～2015年疟疾住院患者临床资料及流行病学特点，为临床诊治及预防提供理论支撑。方法回顾性分析近13年来该院收治的53例疟疾住院患者的临床资料，分析其人口学特点、临床表现及实验室检查结果，并分析其流行趋势与特点。结果近13年来，医院输入性疟疾患者数量逐年递增，共53例患者，其中男女比例为25.5∶1，平均年龄为(38.4±13.2)岁。发病高峰在每年春节前1个月及6月份和10月份左右。其中恶性疟41例，间日疟9例，未分型3例。100%(29/29)患者降钙素原水平升高，中性粒细胞比例升高者达87%(46/53)。结论医院输入性疟疾患者有逐年增多趋势，应重视输入性疟疾特别是恶性疟的诊治，加强疟疾感染者降钙素原的监测及感染的控制。
