【摘要】目的:探讨床头牵引下空心钉闭合内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法：自2002年4月至2008年9月，采用床头牵引下空心钉闭合内固定治疗股骨颈骨折40例，术后5~7个月开始部分负重，术后10个月开始完全负重。结果：40例随访18~48个月平均8。2个月，随访期间2例发生股骨头坏死，改行人工全髋关节置换，结论：该手术方法疗效满意，是股骨颈骨折的一种有效治疗方法。

    【Abstract】 Objectie To evaluated the clinical results of treatment of femoral neck fractures patients by using hollow screw interior fication with traction on the bed. Methods Forty femoral neck fractures were treated by using hollow screw interior fixation with traction on the bed from April 2002 to September 2007. Partial weight beating started on 5 to7 months postoperatively and full weight beating on 10 months postoperatively . Results The mear duration of follow up was twenty-four months (range from 18 to 48 months) in all cases. Fracture healed successfully in 38 cases. Fracture healed successfully in 38 cases. The average time of fracture healing was 8.2 months(range from 7 to 11 months).Two femoral head necroses were treated with total hip replacement postoperatively. Conclusion This method has satisfactory result. And it is an effective method for the treatmant of femoral neck fractures patients. ......
