【摘要】目的：探讨中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的激光治疗方法和效果。方法：对56例57只眼中浆病患者，年龄33~58岁，病程在1个月内至1年，全部病例均做视力、眼前节及眼底荧光血管造影检查，确定有明显的荧光渗漏光，且均为眼底荧光血管造影一周内行激光治疗，采用532倍频激光治疗机，表麻下通过90°广角接触镜直接光凝渗漏点，结果，56例(57只眼)治疗后7—14天黄斑神经上皮层浆液性脱离情况有所改善，视力均有提高，没有治疗后出现中心或旁中心暗点。结论：532倍频激光治疗“中浆”能缩短病程，有利于中心视力的恢复，是比较安全可靠的方法，且宜早不宜迟，应作为“中浆”的首选治疗。
