【摘要】衰老的骨骼肌的形态学和生物化学都发生了明显的改变，其横截面积和力量都会明显下降的，糖酵解酶的活性都有不同程度的下降，线粒体的功能和蛋白质的合成减弱，离子的浓度和离子通道也发生了改变。而运动对骨骼肌的衰老有明显的缓解作用。
