线粒体跨膜电位改变在细胞凋亡中的作用研究进展(1)

     【摘要】 细胞凋亡是一种由基因调控的高度保守的细胞主动死亡过程,在多细胞有机体的生长发育、维持组织同源性等过程中起重要作用。近年来研究表明线粒体与细胞凋亡有着密切的关系,而其中线粒体跨膜电位的改变更是认为直接参与调控细胞凋亡的发生发展。线粒体跨膜电位的降低是细胞凋亡早期的不可逆事件,引起一系列相关变化如线粒体PT孔道开放,细胞色素C、AIF、Smac的释放,呼吸链与氧化磷酸化失偶联,三磷酸腺苷合成停止、线粒体膜通透性改变等,进而引发细胞凋亡。本文从线粒体跨膜电位形成入手,对于其的具体变化、改变的机制、影响因素及在细胞凋亡中的具体作用机理进行综述。 

    【Abstract】 Cell apoptosis is an initiative death process of highly conservative regulated by the genes. It plays an important role in the progress of multicelluar organic development, maintaining issue’s homology and so forth. In the recent years a lot of researches show that mitochondria has a close relationship with cell apoptosis, especially the change of mitochondria transmembrane potential has been thought of activating in the development of regulating cell apoptosis directly. The decrease of mitochondria transmembrane potential happens in the early period of cell apoptosis, which is an irreversible event. Cell apoptosis is triggled as a result with PT pore opening , the releasing of cell pigment C,AIF, Smac/DIABLO, the caspase protease family activated, the coupling loss of respirotary chain and Oxidative phosphorylation, the cease of the synthesis of Adenosine triphosphate and the change of mitochondria membrane Permeability. This article is a summary to describe the detailed change, change mechanism, influencing factors and the specific mechanism of mitochondria transmembrane potential. ......
