【摘要】 目的:探讨分析尿液分析仪与尿沉渣镜的检查结果。方法:回顾性分析2008年1月～2008年12月期间我科室用尿液分析仪和尿沉渣镜检测的780例尿液标本,对检测结果进行对比分析。结果:780例尿液标本中,红细胞、白细胞、蛋白质的假阴性率分别为1.17%(5/385)、6.67%(33/495)、2.03%(12/591);假阳性率分别为16.81%(60/357)、18.19%(24/132)、13.2%(5/38)。结论:干化学法检查的某些项目有一定的漏检, 在实际工作中必须认真仔细地分析尿液分析仪结果的可靠性,排除各种干扰因素,结合尿沉渣镜检,确保检验结果的准确性。

    The results of Urine Analyzer Detect and urine sediment analysis

    【Abstract】 Objective:It is explore the analysis of urine sediment analyzer with the results of examination of a mirror. Method:Retrospective analysis in January 2008 ~ December 2008 during my sections with urine sediment analyzer and microscopy of the 780 cases of urine specimens, the test results were analyzed. Results:Urine specimens in 80 cases, red blood cells, white blood cells, protein false-negative rates were 1.17% (5 / 385), 6.67% (33/495), 2.03% (12/591); false positive rates were 16.81%(60/357), 18.19%(24/132), 13.2% (5 / 38).Conclusion:Do chemical method to check some of the items have a certain degree of undetected, in practical work must be carefully analyzed the results of urine analyzer reliability, to remove all obstacles and factors, combined with microscopic examination of urine sediment to ensure the accuracy of test results. ......
