【摘要】目的：探讨中西医结合治疗重症溃疡性结肠炎疗效价值。方法：对我科2005年5月-2008年12月受治的35例重症溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：有效为31例，占88.57%，病情好转3例，占8.57%，总有效率为97.14%。余1例，因合并肠管狭窄中途转手术视无效。结论：中西医结合治疗重症溃疡性结肠炎，可以明显提高本病的临床治疗效果，降低手术率和死亡率，有较好

    的推广价值。
