【摘要】目的:观察胸腔闭式引流治疗气胸的疗效。方法:对我院2004年09月～2007年09月胸腔闭式引流治疗气胸的患者资料进行回顾性分析,其主要的治疗方法是胸腔闭式引流术^[1]。结果:胸腔闭式引流帮助患者肺复张,重建胸膜腔内负压状态,消灭残腔,减轻患者痛苦,有利于疾病的恢复,结果取得了满意的效果。结论:胸腔闭式引流治疗是治疗气胸安全、有效的方法。
