    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the causes and preventionmethods of cardiac arrhythmias during dialysis in patients with maintenance hemo dialysis(HD).Methods The data of 105 HD patients during the dialysis in threemonths were analyzed retrospectively on cardiac arrhythmogenesis and its causes . ResultsIn 105 patie nts, there were a total of 3614 cases times of hemodialysis, 513 cases times ofarrhythmia, and the occurrence rate of arrhythmias in the dialysis patients was14.19%. The premature ventricular,atria premature beats, sinus tachycardia anda trial fibrillation were common in the arrhythmias events. The risk of arrhythmia s correlated with the patient's age, hypokalemic of post_dialysis,ultrafiltratevolume,anemia and cardiac disorder.ConclusionsThe causes of arrhythmia in the HDpatients were various.The arrhythmias during dialysis might be preventive and t reatable if the risk factors were positively reduced. ......
