碘仿联合创面缝合预防干槽症的疗效观察(1)

摘 要：目的 观察碘仿联合创面缝合预防下颌阻生智齿拔除后干槽症的效果。方法 将160例下颌阻生智齿拔牙病例，随机分为2组，拔牙创放置碘仿联合创面缝合组80例，放置明胶海绵组80例，比较术后干槽症的发生情况。结果 观察组有1例发生干槽症，发生率为1.25%，而对照组有7例发生干槽症，发生率为8.75%，两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用碘仿联合创面缝合对下颌阻生智齿拔除后干槽症的发生有较好的预防效果。
