摘 要：目的：了解河南省乡镇卫生院医师科研论文发表情况及影响因素，以便提出合理建议促进医师撰写论文。方法：采用自编问卷对河南省乡镇卫生院482名医师的论文撰写情况及相关因素进行调查。结果：482名医师只有7人撰写过论文，大多数医师认为撰写论文非常重要，但现实中的各种因素制约了其实施，针对其原因，乡镇卫生院管理者应采取措施促进乡镇卫生院论文的撰写及发表。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the doctors’ reaserch published papers of township hospitals of Henan province.
