【摘 要】 目的：观察戊酸雌二醇联合醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗一度闭经的临床治疗效果。方法：通过回顾分析我院治疗的60例患者的临床治疗资料，观察用戊酸雌二醇联合醋酸甲羟酮治疗一度闭经的临床治疗效果。结果：52例获得成功 。结论：使用戊酸雌二醇联合甲羟孕酮序贯治疗调整一度闭经患者的月经周期值得临床推广使用。
