【摘 要】 目的 总结钻孔引流手术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的护理方法。方法 随机选取我院2013年1月～2014年12月用钻孔引流术治疗的慢性硬膜下血肿20例，在钻孔引流手术治疗前、中以及术后进行加强支持治疗，并针对并发症对症处理。结果 20例患者中，除1例患者因严重硬膜下血肿并伴有重度多器官功能衰竭死亡外，其余全部治愈。结论 术前正确评估以及术后的正确护理能促进硬膜下血肿患者康复，在临床中对于患者早日康复有着十分重要的意义。
