产妇弥漫性血管内凝血临床诊断与治疗分析
【摘 要】 目的 探讨产科弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)的临床特点和早期诊断治疗措施，提高对DIC的认识。方法 随机选取我院10例弥漫性血管内凝血患者进行回顾性分析。结果 10例DIC患者均有明确的诱因，经综合治疗，全部治愈，治愈率100%。结论 早期明确DIC诊断，及时去除病因，早期合理使用肝素，及时补充新鲜血、血小板及凝血因子，果断切除子宫是抢救产科DIC的有效方法。
