中医体质辩识在治未病中的应用
【摘 要】 目的：研究中医体质在治未病的中的应用和效果。方法：选取气虚体质的72人作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，实验组采取调理措施，对比调理后的健康状况。结果：实验组36人感冒的次数和疲劳综合症的情况明显好于对照组。结论：中医体质辨识能够很好的检查中人体的亚健康状态，结合针对性的调理措施，可以使人恢复到健康水平，减少疾病的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective： To study the application and effect of TCM Constitution in the treatment of disease. Methods： 72 people with Qi deficiency constitution were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The experimental group adopted the conditioning measures to compare the health status after the conditioning. Results： the number of 336 people in the experimental group and the fatigue syndrome were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion： TCM Constitution identification can be very good to check the sub healthy state of human body ......
