妇科内出血疾病的临床特征与诊治分析
【摘 要】 目的：探析妇科内出血疾病的临床特征和诊治效果。方法：选择2014年3月-2015年3月期间我院收治的妇科内出血患者71例为研究对象，对其临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果：71例患者中，56例为异位妊娠，占78.87%；10例为黄体破裂，占14.09%；5例为卵巢肿瘤破裂，占7.04%，所有患者均顺利完成治疗，无1例死亡。结论：盆腔内出血是比较常见的一种妇科急腹症，应该全面掌握各种疾病的特征，制定针对性治疗方案从而确保治疗效果。
