【摘 要】 目的 探讨剖宫产术后腹部切口感染的原因，实施最佳防治措施。方法 回顾性分析34例剖宫产腹部切口感染病例的资料。结果 切口感染与妊娠合并症、破膜时间长、产程延长、手术时间过长及肥胖等因素相关。结论 剖宫产切口感染与产妇自身的因素及医院感染防控相关，应制定有效地防治措施，以减少术后腹部切口感染的发生。
