【摘 要】 目的 本研究探讨了小鼠心衰模型中miR-21的表达。方法 本研究通过建立冠脉结扎小鼠心衰模型，采用实时荧光定量PCR的方法检测了miR-21的表达。结果 miR-21在心衰模型中表达显著增高。结论 冠脉结扎小鼠心衰模型中miR-21表达升高。

    【Abstract】 Objective This study investigated the miR-21 expression in coronary artery ligation mouse heart failure model. Methods：The mouse heart failure models were set up by coronary artery ligation. Results miR-21 expression was much higher in mouse heart failure model than that in control group. Conclusion miR-21 expression was upregulated in coronary artery ligation model.
